ISBN / ASIN Explained
"ASIN" stands for "Amazon.com Standard Item Number." Every item in the Amazon catalog (books, music, DVD, VHS, toys, consumer electronics, etc.) has a unique ASIN. The ASIN is the same as the ISBN for books. You can find an item's ASIN on its detail page. The ASIN is always 10 characters long.
